Public call no. 1 / ZAM / 2018 for the selection of a service provider for development (development and design) on the website of the project “Support for development of agricultural cooperatives”
The Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation (MEDF) invites you to participate in a tender procedure for procurement of: development service (development and design) on the website of the project “Support for development of agricultural cooperatives”.
The tender procedure is being implemented within the framework of the project “Support for development of agricultural cooperatives in Macedonia” funded by the European Union under the IPA Program for Agriculture and Rural Development, implemented by Care Deutschland – Luxemburg and the Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation.
The Detailed Terms of references (ToR) is in Annex 1 to this Public Call.
A brief description of the project is given in Annex 2 to this Public Call.
All interested bidders – natural and legal persons who have experience in the development and design of web pages – have the right to participate.
The deadline for submitting the bids is ten calendar days after the announcement of this call, but no later than 23.04.2018. (Monday) until 4 pm.
The bid should include the technical and financial offer that should be submitted in one envelope at the following address: Macedonian Enterprise Development Foundation, ul. Nikola Parapunov no. 41a, P.O Box 109, 1060 Skopje, with a note “For call no. 1 / ZAM / 2018 “.
Technical offer should include:
– Portfolio of relevant projects made by the proposed expert in the past 3 years, description in a tabular format, including links from the developed web pages,
– Detailed CV from the proposed expert. The financial offer should be expressed in total gross amount in Macedonian Denars with personal income tax included (if the bidder is a natural person), i.e. total amount in Macedonian Denars excluding VAT (if the bidder is a legal entity).
The selection of the most favorable bidder will be made according to the principle “the best offered value (quality) for a given price. The quality criteria will include the previous projects and the CVs of the experts.
