On July 15, 2021, in Veles, a training was held on the topic of the Buyer’s Road – Development of a sales script intended for agricultural cooperatives that are financially supported within the project “Support to development of agricultural cooperatives”.
At the training, 27 representatives from 14 agricultural cooperatives increased their knowledge in the field of sales and sales process in order to facilitate its realization and achieve better results. Thereby, through real examples were defined the seller’s characteristics (is the seller born or created?) and the basic steps in the sale: customer search, contact with the customers, identification of the needs, presentation of the product and service of the cooperative, complaints, closing the sale and after-sales.
The training is part of the technical support intended for agricultural cooperatives within the project, and in the next period trainings will be organized on various topics according to the needs of the cooperatives.
